Salama Kasoga is a qualitative researcher with over 10 years of experience in research, monitoring, and evaluations in the health and development sectors. As a monitoring and evaluation professional, Salama has supported various evaluation projects around the country. She has expertise in designing research and evaluation studies, research tools, stakeholder engagement, participant identification, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Before joining Adroit, Salama worked with USAID SITES, MRC/UVRI, Praca, and UBONGO, where she provided technical quality assurance on various research and evaluations, conducted Key Informant Interviews, moderated Focus Group Discussions, and documented case studies. She is committed to upholding ethical and safeguarding standards, drawing on a deep understanding of the contextualized requirements of each assignment. Salama holds a Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, and a training in Social Science Research methodology, Research Ethics, and Good Clinical Practice, bringing a well-rounded skill set to the team.
