Mutyaba is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with over 5 years of experience in legal research, compliance, management and leadership. Mutyaba is a private legal practitioner working with Bukenya, Chemonges & Co. Advocates specializing in both Civil and Criminal matters. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society with vast experience working as in-house counsel of Kawempe Youth Development Association, an NGO that empowers youths in the Kawempe and surrounding areas. He is also a Director and legal officer at Kampcon Fandom Foundation Ltd and MCC Design Arts. Mutyaba is adept in using legal and analytic skills to address contextual and legal challenges in Biomedicine.
Mutyaba has worked on several projects with the ministry of health for example the global Fund Mass mosquito Net Distribution Campaign (LLINS) as a Sub county M&E Officer all over the country. He led the company’s study on the Universal Data Policy for Uganda, a study that signified the need to share Health-related data to enhance Biomedical Innovations and vaccine uptake.
